German Speaking Customer Agent – AI & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized assistance to German-speaking clients as they navigate intricate AI and software platforms

• Resolve technical queries related to sophisticated IT software and cloud-based solutions

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of advancing AI technologies to deliver precise and effective solutions

• Record technical feedback and insights from user experiences to aid in ongoing product enhancement

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complicated technical infrastructure challenges

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while upholding professional quality standards within the IT sector

• Engage in continuous technical training sessions to stay at the leading edge of the AI and software industry

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written)

• A valid EU passport (required)

• Strong passion or experience in the Information Technology (IT) sector and AI software

• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-focused approach

• Capability to work remotely from Greece

• Proficiency in English is viewed as a significant advantage
