This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Managing both inbound and outbound communications with customers in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
• Providing advice to customers regarding care-related products, services, and the support options available to them.
• Responding to customer inquiries and offering guidance tailored to their specific needs.
• Establishing trust-based relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in various customer service campaigns and healthcare-related projects.
• Keeping accurate customer records and updating pertinent information in internal systems.
• Promoting appropriate products and services through consultative, needs-based discussions.
• Aiding in the long-term retention of customers and the development of relationships.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, telesales, healthcare consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in the German language at a B2+ level, with C1 being highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a customer-focused and empathetic demeanor.
• Capability to build trust and maintain enduring customer relationships.
• Experience in addressing customer inquiries via phone and providing solution-driven support.
• Adeptness in computer literacy, including confidence in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing customer information.
• Ability to articulate healthcare-related products, services, and processes in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Desirable: Previous experience within the healthcare, care, insurance, or medical services sectors.
• Knowledge of emergency home call systems (Hausnotruf), care aids (Pflegehilfsmittel), care packages (Pflegebox), or care level assessments (Pflegegrad).
• Experience in a call center or customer advisory setting.
• Understanding of the German healthcare and care support system.
