• Provide assistance to customers via incoming support inquiries

• Diagnose issues that require advanced technical knowledge

• Address problems related to specialized products such as SoundTouch

• Keep users informed about the progress of their resolutions

• Support innovative brands in various sectors including technology, travel, fashion, and finance

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German along with a strong command of English

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Background or interest in audio products, wireless networking, and live music technology

• Familiarity with both Windows and macOS operating systems

• Previous experience in technical support or a dynamic customer service environment
