This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via incoming support inquiries

• Diagnose incidents that require advanced technical expertise

• Address issues related to specialized products such as SoundTouch

• Keep users informed about the progress of their resolutions

• Support cutting-edge brands in technology, travel, fashion, and finance sectors

• Collaborate as part of a vibrant, multilingual team

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German

• Strong command of English

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking, and live music technology

• Knowledge of Windows and macOS

• Previous experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service environment

• Ability to work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 20:00

• Must live in mainland Spain for remote work; candidates residing on the islands cannot be considered for remote roles
