German Payroll Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and the delivery of high-quality services.

• Guarantee that services are provided in accordance with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Take responsibility for your client’s service-related financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost oversight.

• Effectively manage the implementation processes for change requests by coordinating testing, deployments, and system improvements within the payroll platform.

• Ensure compliance with Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and standards.

• Proactively spearhead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), manage transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams, and identify additional cost optimization opportunities.

• Cultivate strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to facilitate integrated service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll (essential)

• High proficiency in German and communicative English (essential)

• Experience in an outsourcing company within HR, payroll, or accounting

• Work experience with SAP HCM is advantageous

• Business-oriented with a strong analytical mindset

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to achieve results

• Strong skills in customer relationship management and process improvement

• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
