German-Payroll Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and top-notch service delivery.

• Guarantee that services are provided in accordance with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Take responsibility for your client’s service-related financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost oversight.

• Effectively manage the implementation of change requests by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform.

• Ensure compliance with Zalaris' internal controls, policies, and standards.

• Proactively spearhead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), oversee transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify additional cost optimization opportunities.

• Promote strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of German payroll (essential)

• High proficiency in German and effective communication skills in English (essential)

• Experience in an outsourcing company within HR, payroll, or accounting

• Familiarity with SAP HCM is a plus

• Business-oriented with an analytical mindset

• Capability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to achieve objectives

• Strong skills in customer relationship management and process enhancement

• Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Proactive, energetic, and adaptable demeanor

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
