• Provide assistance to customers through phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, and more (in German).

• Establish rapport with customers and exhibit a solid understanding of the brands you represent (in German).

• Act as a problem-solver by proactively identifying solutions and surpassing customer expectations (in German).
