This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Offer assistance to high-profile clients through chat, email, and phone communications.

• Support customers in utilizing the self-service advertising platform and associated tools.

• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales assistance for digital advertising solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including bugs and delivery issues.

• Relay updates and solutions to clients promptly and professionally.

• Recognize opportunities for clients to optimize their advertising effectiveness.

• Collect client feedback and share product insights to enhance the user experience.
