📋 Description

• Function independently to create intricate evaluation frameworks and supply organized training data. Anticipated deliverables comprise:

• Role-Play Scenario Implementation: Designing and executing elaborate, role-play-based assessment scenarios that mimic authentic customer service interactions across the travel, finance, and technical support sectors.

• Model Performance Assessment: Analyzing AI model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative measures, concentrating specifically on task completion accuracy, conversational fluidity, and audio comprehension.

• Technical Metric Assessment: Evaluating the model's foundational computer programming knowledge, including its grasp of JSON formats, functions, methods, and its capacity to reason about structured data within a support framework.

• Representative Dataset Development: Aiding in the creation of diverse, high-quality audio datasets that genuinely represent real customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience in complex customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI assessment.

• Native or bilingual fluency in the target language, encompassing proficiency in all language skills (reading, listening, writing, and speaking), along with strong analytical and verbal communication abilities to effectively conduct simulated customer support role-plays.

• Basic understanding of computer programming concepts, particularly a solid grasp of JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic.

• A careful, detail-oriented methodology when dealing with structured prompts, intricate evaluation rubrics, and technical specifications.

• Required Equipment: Availability of a high-quality microphone to ensure clear and dependable audio input during voice evaluations.
