This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Engage with potential clients via outbound sales strategies.
• Evaluate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
• Perform product demonstrations and showcase SaaS solutions to customers.
• Comprehend customer requirements and pinpoint business opportunities.
• Manage forecasts, follow-up activities, and conversion efforts.
• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships in the German-speaking market.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach and sales effectiveness.
• Fluent in German with a strong command of English.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Highly driven and focused on surpassing targets.
• Excellent at initiating conversations, fostering relationships, and finalizing deals.
• Proactive, resilient, and methodical in your work approach.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic scale-up environments with ambitious objectives.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or public sector-related fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in additional European or Nordic languages is a plus.
• Fully remote position based in Germany.
