Gerente Regional – Salud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team comprising negotiators, medical managers, auditors, and customer service executives.

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers in the region, negotiating contracts and agreements that maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

• Monitor and optimize medical spending in the region, ensuring high standards of service quality.

• Ensure the proper adaptation of global policies to the specific characteristics of the market.

• Guarantee an exceptional experience for partners and providers, promoting satisfaction and loyalty.

• Develop business strategies aimed at expanding the portfolio in a region with significant territorial diversity.

• Implement continuous improvements in operational processes, considering efficiency and regional coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Health Management.

• At least 5 years in strategic and commercial roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in regional or distributed contexts.

• Ability to negotiate and manage strategic relationships with healthcare providers.

• Experience using agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of key indicators: profitability, quality, and growth.
