This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Cultivate and expand the designated sales territory for the company's offerings.
• Identify and monitor opportunities, follow up on leads, and distribute them to partners.
• Meet with customers, partners, and consultants at their locations.
• Manage sales forecasts and meet established quotas.
• Recognize customer requirements, address RFIs and RFQs, prepare quotes, and draft proposals.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers and MRs.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction levels from clients, integrators, and consultants.
• Organize training sessions for customers, integrators, and consultants.
• Update and maintain information in the CRM system or other relevant applications.
• Acquire, uphold, and report sufficient knowledge of products, market trends, and competition.
• Remain informed about products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and advertising trends by reviewing relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical services.
• Over 5 years of experience in the Security Industry, including VMS, Access Control, CCTV, or related technology sectors.
• Strong experience in the Caribbean and Central America markets.
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience conducting client demonstrations.
• Demonstrated sales success and/or a proven track record in technology sales.
