This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Align national strategic priorities with local needs.
• Manage and monitor delegates alongside the KPIs of the in-field team.
• Develop the account sales plan and present it to Managers and their Sales teams.
• Ensure the proper use of sales force management systems.
• Create and implement a development plan for delegates.
• Influence the perspectives of key stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, high-prescribing physicians, regional distributors).
• Ensure optimal resource utilization within and among in-field teams.
• Train the network on how to operate within a multidisciplinary in-field team.
• Drive multidisciplinary in-field meetings at the brand level.
• Ensure that engagement plans between accounts are aligned with the brand strategy.
• Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions, managing teams and working with hospital prescription products.
• Previous experience in Neurology will be valued.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, including the dynamics between key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of access dynamics at the account and regional levels.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments.
• Good level of English.
• 75% travel.
