This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans to enhance revenue growth, profitability, and market presence within designated accounts.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, serving as a reliable partner and business advisor.
• Discover new business prospects within the fine chemicals and specialty additives sector, tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Lead commercial discussions to secure sustainable and profitable agreements.
• Work collaboratively across technical, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide customized solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to foresee risks and opportunities.
• Propel pipeline development and enhance forecasting accuracy by utilizing CRM and SAP tools.
• Assist in business expansion initiatives across Latin America, concentrating on regional market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Strategic Administration, International Relationships, or related disciplines (essential).
• A background in business or commercial education (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the chemical sector, ideally in Specialty additives (Coatings, Plastics, PVC, Polymers, Asphalts), Fine chemicals (Oral Care, Metal treatment, Brazing), or Raw materials distribution or manufacturing (Integrated raw materials supply, including manufacturing and distribution).
• Demonstrated success in account management, business development, or sales in B2B settings.
• Familiarity with Latin American markets, particularly in the Southern Cone, is highly advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for sales management and reporting, including SAP (forecasting) and Salesforce (pipeline and account management).
• Advanced commercial and negotiation capabilities with a strategic approach.
• Ability to convert technical solutions into business value for customers.
• Strong analytical abilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
• English: Advanced / Fluent (required).
• Spanish: Preferred.
