This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and structure the testing and quality assurance efforts for corporate applications.

• Drive QA strategies, manage integrated testing, UAT, and regression testing.

• Establish metrics, track defects, and continuously align with business areas and global technical teams.

• Ensure governance and standardization of testing processes while supporting the company's technological transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a large corporate environment;

• Over 5 years of involvement in SAP projects (preferably SAP S/4HANA);

• More than 3 years leading testing/QA teams in SAP projects;

• Experience in people management;

• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies;

• Familiarity with the complete software development cycle;

• Advanced/fluency in English for communication;

• Soft skills: Collaborative in team settings;

• Strong communication abilities and proactive approach;

• Sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
