📋 Description

• Leadership of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Risks Strategy: Governance, strategic direction, and management of the psychosocial risk program (NR-01) at the corporate level.

• Management of the Mental Health team.

• Multifunctional Influence: Serve as a strategic partner to HR and leadership, supporting critical decision-making and integrating health and wellness culture into business goals and routines.

• Governance and Project Management: Oversee the macro portfolio of corporate health projects, ensuring budget alignment, schedules, operational efficiency, and value delivery of initiatives.

• Data-Driven Storytelling (Executive Materials): Consolidate complex health indicators (claims, absenteeism, e-NPS, etc.) into reports and executive presentations, translating health data into financial and strategic business impacts.

• Management of Partners and Suppliers: Ensure the technical quality and strategic alignment of suppliers.

• Leadership Literacy and Culture: Design and implement the training and literacy strategy for leaders, empowering them to create and maintain healthy environments.

• Reception and referral of employees with health concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or related fields with substantial practical experience in Mental Health, Management of Psychosocial Risks, or NR01.

• Leadership and Autonomy Profile: Senior profile with solid experience in leadership/management positions, possessing the maturity to navigate complex matrices and make decisions in ambiguity.

• Influence Skills: Seniority and excellent political acumen to engage, influence, and build bridges between multifunctional areas (BPs, HR, SESMT, Legal).

• Technical Expertise in Psychosocial Risks: In-depth practical knowledge of corporate mental health and the application of NR-01 concerning psychosocial factors.

• Business Vision: Strong analytical ability and business insight to connect health and wellness actions directly to business themes.

• Executive Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to structure theses, project defenses, and executive materials.

• Strategic Facilitation: Experience leading executive forums, health committees, and managing alignment agendas with large leadership groups.
