This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Supervise and motivate call advisors to ensure they meet renewal objectives.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for client renewals, based on data analysis and customer feedback.
• Ensure the quality of interactions between managers and clients by evaluating calls and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to guarantee customer retention.
• Handle complex issues that managers cannot resolve and identify effective solutions.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance advisors' skills.
• Manage cohorts that present opportunities for renewals.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• You are a student or professional in fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in renewals, collections, portfolio management, or commercial roles, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
• You possess skills in leadership, strategic thinking, information analysis, decision-making, negotiation, and assertive communication.
• You have an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel.
• 100% remote work modality from anywhere in Colombia.
