📋 Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of the Data & Artificial Intelligence program in Azure Cloud, utilizing Agile methodology (Scrum) to ensure strategic alignment, continuous value delivery to the business, and technical, financial, and regulatory compliance.

• Possesses extensive experience in managing complex technology programs, leading multiple interdependent initiatives in data engineering, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI within Azure cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on agile governance and executive stakeholder management.

• Lead the Data & AI program using the Agile Scrum methodology, ensuring the integrated execution of multiple squads.

• Directly manage a structure consisting of Scrum Masters and Product Owners, ensuring agile cadence, priority alignment, and incremental value delivery.

• Define and maintain the agile program governance, including roadmap, strategic backlog, risk management, dependencies, and performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs).

• Act as a focal point between business, technology, cloud, data, security, and vendors, promoting continuous alignment among stakeholders.

• Oversee multidisciplinary teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Azure Architects, DevOps, and Analytics, ensuring adherence to agile best practices.

• Ensure the proper use and integration of Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Fabric, where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with security requirements, LGPD, compliance, and FinOps on the Azure platform.

• Manage budget, forecasting, margins, and financial reporting for the program.

• Conduct periodic executive reporting, presenting status, risks, results, and benefits at the board level.
