Gerente de Projetos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• ✅ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the project, including timelines, scope, resources, risks, and quality.

• ✅ Maintain open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• ✅ Develop, document, and uphold project plans, policies, and procedures that support consistent execution.

• ✅ Coordinate and guide daily project activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and schedules.

• ✅ Analyze and evaluate change requests related to scope, schedule, or budget, assessing impacts before submission to the client.

• ✅ Prepare and present periodic project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.

• ✅ Conduct status meetings and project review sessions to address issues, evaluate progress, and support decision-making.

• ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Remsoft and client partners to deliver high-quality products and results.

• ✅ Lead project risk and quality management initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• ✅ Perform post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• ✅ Bachelor's degree required.

• ✅ 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects with direct client interaction, preferably in software or technology environments.

• ✅ Knowledge of project management tools (Jira or Wrike).

• ✅ Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools (Microsoft 365).

• ✅ Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
