• You will play a critical and impactful role, implementing and executing the digital marketing and communication strategy for Mexico.
• Provide support to the Latin America region by developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Lead the design and execution of multichannel digital marketing strategies for Mexico, fostering interaction and expansion.
• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns and content initiatives based on insights, social media, and paid platforms.
• Create strategies and implement digital advertisements and paid campaigns on social media.
• Identify opportunities, trends, and cultural events in real time to generate relevant communications.
• Move beyond static content grids and develop a continually evolving strategy based on new trends.
• Identify and capitalize on real-time opportunities, popular culture moments, and digital trends.
• Actively engage with and experiment on TikTok, as well as other emerging platforms and formats.
• Build and optimize lead generation and email engagement strategies.
• Conduct tests, learn, and continuously refine targeting and audience selection approaches.
• Collaborate across departments to align marketing strategies with organizational priorities.
• Oversee and optimize the use of marketing tools and platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and transform performance data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to community engagement through digital channels.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles.
• Availability to cover events and generate real-time content.
• Willingness to travel.
• Basic knowledge of English (preferred).
• Solid understanding of user experience on the web, web best practices, website analytics, as well as SEO and digital marketing strategies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in conveying successes and new opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in content creation, along with subsequent analysis and tracking to identify opportunities, creative learnings, and improve previous campaigns.
• Experience or interest in creative writing for digital content, animal welfare content (preferred), and marketing or advertising, as well as managing various types of end products.
• Exceptional writing skills and great attention to detail.
