This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement integrated B2B and/or D2C campaigns throughout the entire funnel—from initial briefing to launch and conclusion.
• Oversee campaign schedules, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee smooth execution.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors to produce high-quality creative and media content.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the campaign.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial goals.
• Tailor global campaigns to fit local audiences, informed by market insights and customer preferences.
• Track campaign performance against KPIs and pinpoint areas for optimization and A/B testing.
• Convert data into actionable insights to enhance messaging, channels, and results.
• Leverage segmentation and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• A minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or relevant fields.
• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns (digital preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, email, and SEO.
