This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions within Genesys Cloud CX, encompassing contact flows, integrations, and platform functionalities.
• Lead sessions for requirements gathering and discovery with client stakeholders to pinpoint needs and define solutions.
• Develop and enhance IVR/IVA solutions, incorporating AI and speech-enabled features.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs and execute them within the platform.
• Collaborate with client teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Conduct client meetings, communicate project progress, and simplify technical concepts for better understanding.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (mandatory – should be central to your experience).
• Proven expertise in building and configuring solutions directly within Genesys Cloud CX (not merely supporting or administering).
• Experience with IVR/IVA, particularly in AI-driven or speech-enabled solutions.
• Strong capability to gather requirements and engage directly with clients/stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skill in balancing technical execution with effective client-facing communication.
• Comfortable leading meetings, posing the right questions, and converting needs into actionable steps.
• U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
• Capability to pass a federal background check.
• Up to 20% travel to Buffalo, NY.
