Cloud & Endpoint Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with Azure infrastructure, manage Microsoft 365 administration, oversee Intune, handle identity and access management, security operations, backup and recovery, and provide escalated support.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure, which includes virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and identity integration.

• Monitor the performance, availability, and security of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Support processes for high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and restoration.

• Contribute to infrastructure automation through PowerShell, Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and tenant configuration.

• Manage licensing, integrations, and security compliance features such as Defender, DLP, and retention policies.

• Oversee endpoint configuration, compliance, patching, enrollment, and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune.

• Implement device security baselines, MDM/MAM policies, and mobile and endpoint management standards.

• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, identity governance, and Zero Trust security protocols.

• Monitor and respond to security alerts while collaborating with internal stakeholders to uphold security standards.

• Troubleshoot complex cloud, endpoint, and identity issues, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

• Collaborate with IT, security, DevOps, and application teams to enhance reliability and operational maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft cloud engineering, endpoint management, systems administration, or a related position.

• Practical experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

• Familiarity with endpoint management, identity security, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.

• Knowledge of cloud networking, backup and recovery procedures, and security best practices.

• Preferred experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
