This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead consulting initiatives at hospital sites through observation and training.

• Collaborate with Hospital Executives and Leadership teams on strategies for leadership and communication.

• Oversee intricate, long-term customer engagements.

• Foster teamwork among Genesis and cross-functional colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent clinical/medical degree or relevant experience.

• 2-4 years of proven professional experience in healthcare or hospital management.

• Strong business acumen – capable of operating within an executive business environment.

• Proven expertise and experience in providing consulting services.

• Willingness to travel up to 50 - 70% of the time.
