Generative AI Engineer – Azure AI Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that AI outcomes are explainable, reliable, and usable.

• Design, test, and refine high-quality prompts for natural language learning models (LLM) to support content generation, analysis, and automation.

• Apply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI into systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions applied to search and assistants or similar roles.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, embedding stores, and designing semantic indexes in production.

• Advanced English (reading and technical communication) is essential.

• Practical experience in AI prompt engineering and large-scale language models (LLM), including design, chaining, evaluation, and iteration of prompts.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.

• Experience working in business-oriented or consulting environments.
