Generative AI Coach – Image, Video, Workflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will mentor participants in our sponsored full-time and part-time training programs focusing on generative AI, particularly in image, video, and workflow automation.

• You will instruct on the practical application of AI tools for generating images and videos, as well as automating processes.

• You will plan and create live sessions and hands-on exercises aligned with our course framework.

• You will assist learners from their initial orientation until project completion, serving as their primary contact.

• You will collaborate closely with our course team and provide ongoing feedback regarding course quality.

• You will design practical assignments, prompts, and example projects for classroom instruction.

• You will utilize the Figma Suite and Figma Weave for course development and team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, DALL·E, or similar image and video creation platforms.

• Proficient in using the Figma Suite, with prior experience in Figma Weave being an advantage.

• Background in knowledge transfer, such as a trainer, coach, lecturer, or in a comparable position.

• Capability to articulate complex AI concepts in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.

• Familiarity with funded training programs (Bildungsgutschein, QCG, KOMPASS) is beneficial but not mandatory.
