Generalist – Talent Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Kairos's recruitment as the organization expands its workforce.

• Propel growth by managing the complete internal hiring process.

• Develop and enhance the hiring infrastructure.

• Evaluate grant proposals and provide support for ongoing initiatives such as SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator.

• Influence the organization's strategy and independently oversee high-impact projects.

• Connect alumni with available positions at partner organizations.

• Contribute to team development by facilitating hiring processes and addressing organizational design queries.

• Previous experience in recruiting, headhunting, or talent operations, especially within AI safety, effective altruism, or related fields (not required).

• Established connections within the AI safety community (not required).

• Experience as a generalist or early-stage employee in a rapidly growing organization (not required).

• Proven ability to initiate and complete projects independently (not required).
