This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote consultations through video, phone, or secure messaging platforms.

• Assess, manage, and treat various medical conditions within the primary care framework.

• Prescribe medications and offer relevant health guidance.

• Provide preventive health services, which include health screenings and lifestyle recommendations.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and services to ensure seamless patient care.

• Refer patients for specialized investigations or secondary care when clinically necessary.

• Collaborate with third-party healthcare providers to maintain consistent service delivery.

• Adhere to GMC guidelines and uphold clinical governance standards.

• Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives, such as audits and clinical reviews.

• Foster patient-centered care by actively involving patients in the decision-making process.

• Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems and accessing suitable services.

• Attend regular training sessions, CPD activities, and peer review meetings.

• Keep abreast of innovations in telemedicine and digital healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a valid license to practice medicine.

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in general practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in primary care.

• Experience or a strong interest in digital healthcare/telemedicine is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.

• Competence in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle a high volume of patient interactions.

• Familiarity with remote healthcare systems and their integration into patient pathways.
