This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote consultations through video, phone, or secure messaging platforms.

• Assess, manage, and treat a variety of medical conditions within the primary care framework.

• Prescribe medications and offer relevant health guidance.

• Provide preventative health services, which include health screenings and lifestyle recommendations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and services to ensure seamless patient care.

• Refer patients for specialist assessments or secondary care when clinically necessary.

• Work in partnership with third-party healthcare providers to maintain service consistency.

• Comply with GMC guidelines and uphold clinical governance standards.

• Keep accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives, including audits and clinical evaluations.

• Foster patient-centered care by involving patients in the decision-making process.

• Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems and accessing the necessary services.

• Join regular training sessions, CPD activities, and peer reviews.

• Stay informed on developments in telemedicine and digital healthcare.


⛳️ Requirements

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a valid practicing license.

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in general practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in primary care.

• Experience or a keen interest in digital healthcare/telemedicine is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport remotely.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle a high volume of patient interactions.

• Familiarity with remote healthcare systems and their integration into patient pathways.

• Dedication to providing equitable, high-quality care in a virtual environment.
