📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and potential limited partners.

• Spearhead fundraising initiatives, which include engaging with investors, delivering presentations, conducting due diligence, and maintaining ongoing communication.

• Identify, assess, negotiate, and manage venture investments that are in line with the fund’s strategic objectives.

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, investment underwriting, and portfolio construction.

• Deliver investment proposals to the investment committee and take part in investment decision-making processes.

• Assist portfolio companies in developing financing strategies, governance frameworks, and growth plans.

• Track portfolio performance and relay results, risks, and updates to investors.

• Collaborate with fund leadership and legal counsel to ensure effective fundraising, reporting, and compliance practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, asset management, family office investing, or a closely related domain.

• Proven ability to raise capital from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors (with contributions of $1M or more).

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment risk management.

• A well-established investor network and the capability to foster long-term relationships based on trust.

• A history of sound investment judgment and experience in managing investments post-closing.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

• High standards of integrity and discretion.
