• Deliver an outstanding experience for students and parents, ensuring robust engagement and maximizing student enrollment.
• Supervise and mentor a team of instructional and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace while providing a high-quality educational experience.
• Oversee the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, which includes data analysis, budget monitoring, and cost management to improve financial performance.
• Manage the organization of high-quality events that promote community spirit, motivate students, and guarantee their ongoing participation.
• Offer exceptional customer service, encompassing billing, schedule coordination, and clear and prompt communication.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by building relationships within the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions to enhance visibility, create performance opportunities, and stimulate business growth.
• Recruit and onboard staff members, including training to ensure their success in their roles and contribution to the school's success.
• Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion to establish a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.
• Achieve results by managing educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee marketing, sales, and promotional activities to drive the success of the school and its students.
• Manage staff and school facilities to guarantee a safe experience for all students, ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to protocols.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, or a customer service-related role.
• Proven experience in reviewing and managing a P&L or budget.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong background in recruiting and managing staff.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• A collaborative individual who works effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership qualities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Passion and/or interest in music and the arts.
