• Deliver an outstanding experience for students and their families, ensuring high engagement levels and maximizing student enrollment.
• Supervise and lead a team of instructional and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere while providing a high-quality educational experience.
• Oversee the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including data analysis, budget management, and cost control to improve financial outcomes.
• Organize high-quality events that promote community engagement, motivate students, and encourage ongoing participation.
• Offer exceptional customer service, which includes billing, schedule management, and maintaining clear and prompt communication.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by building relationships within the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions to enhance visibility, create performance opportunities, and drive business growth.
• Recruit and onboard staff members, ensuring effective training to help them succeed in their roles and contribute to the school's success.
• Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion to foster a welcoming and respectful environment for all individuals.
• Achieve results through the management of educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee marketing, sales, and promotional activities to support school and student achievement.
• Manage staff and school facilities to provide a safe environment for all students, which includes ensuring staff compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, or a customer service-related role.
• Familiarity with reviewing and managing a P&L statement or budget.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Extensive experience in recruiting and managing staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• A team player who collaborates effectively across diverse populations.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
