This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both students and parents, fostering strong engagement and maximizing student enrollment.
• Lead and support a team of instructional and administrative personnel to promote a collaborative and nurturing work environment while providing a high-quality educational experience.
• Oversee the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, which includes data analysis, budget management, and cost control to improve financial outcomes.
• Organize and manage high-quality events that enhance community spirit, motivate students, and ensure their ongoing participation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, encompassing billing, schedule coordination, and effective and timely communication.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by establishing connections within the local community, engaging with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational entities to elevate visibility, create opportunities, and drive business growth.
• Recruit and onboard new staff members, ensuring they are trained effectively to succeed in their roles and contribute to the school’s success.
• Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion to foster a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all individuals.
• Achieve results through the management of educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Direct marketing, sales, and promotional efforts to enhance school and student success.
• Ensure a safe experience for all students by managing staff and school facilities, including upholding staff compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, or a customer service-related position.
• Experience in reviewing and managing a P&L statement or budget.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Significant experience in staff recruitment and management.
• Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with diverse populations.
• A strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership qualities.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
• Experience and interest in working with children.
• Passion for and/or interest in music and the arts.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow a small business.
