• Define and implement Runware’s **hardware and compute infrastructure strategy**.
• Take charge of the **GPU procurement and supply strategy**, which includes managing relationships with vendors and hosting providers.
• Design and enhance the **server and datacenter infrastructure** that supports AI inference workloads.
• Assess and negotiate partnerships with **datacenter providers, GPU vendors, and infrastructure partners**.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure meets the evolving needs of products and models.
• Propel **cost/performance optimization** across hardware deployments.
• Lead **capacity planning** initiatives to accommodate rapid company growth and global infrastructure expansion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends related to **GPU hardware, AI infrastructure, and datacenter innovation**.
• Assist in the deployment of infrastructure across various regions and providers.
• Contribute to building the long-term roadmap for Runware’s **global compute platform**.
• Extensive experience with **GPU infrastructure, servers, or datacenter operations**.
• Proven experience in managing **large-scale compute infrastructure** for cloud, AI, or high-performance workloads.
• Background in working with **GPU vendors, hosting providers, or infrastructure partners**.
• Strong knowledge of **AI workloads and GPU performance optimization**.
• Experience in negotiating infrastructure contracts or overseeing hardware procurement.
• Ability to weigh **technical decisions against business and cost considerations**.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in **AI infrastructure, cloud providers, or GPU hosting companies**.
• Experience in building or scaling **global compute infrastructure**.
• Background in **HPC, cloud infrastructure, or datacenter operations**.
