This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Formulate and implement the growth strategy for the APAC region.
• Discover and leverage opportunities across targeted industries, geographical areas, and customer demographics.
• Take ownership of regional commercial outcomes, including acquiring new business, expanding customer relationships, retaining clients, and driving overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing.
• Enhance Cyara's footprint within the regional partner ecosystem.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing regional team that encompasses Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Strategic Alliances.
• Deliver market intelligence, customer insights, competitive evaluations, and regional viewpoints.
• A minimum of 7 years in senior sales or commercial leadership positions within the enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Extensive experience in leading go-to-market teams across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.
• Demonstrated success in scaling recurring revenue businesses and achieving continuous commercial growth.
• Strong skills in managing executive relationships with enterprise-level and Global 2000 clients.
• Familiarity with customer experience, contact center technologies, conversational AI, testing, DevOps, or related enterprise software markets is preferred.
