
General Manager – Director of Clinical Operations, Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders in a dyad leadership model to implement policies, programs, and procedures that meet objectives related to quality, growth, efficiency, and experience.
• Manage clinical change to ensure consistent service delivery by introducing new processes and enhancing the adoption of new technology features.
• Take ownership of business unit P&L, maintaining current performance with existing data tools and process playbooks while striving for higher targets as the company innovates.
• Enhance clinical operations by employing a structured, data-driven methodology to address longstanding issues in innovative ways (e.g., patient matching & scheduling, late cancellation and no-show policies, care plan adherence, clinical documentation flows, etc.).
• Collaborate with central operations, working closely with Analytics & Insights and Program Management to scale regional solutions for practice-wide implementation.
• Assist in commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategic Operations and Marketing to engage referral partners and specialty patient populations.
• Foster an organizational culture by leading through example, promoting empathy, service, collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity.
• 5-10 years of operational experience, delivering results across various business sectors and/or within high-growth healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Experience in banking or consulting, with a strong analytical skill set and the ability to implement operational strategies while measuring impact impartially.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring diverse audiences, including both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Openness to occasional travel for in-office work, conferences, and regional events.
• A passion for mental health care delivery and a commitment to using your skills to support clinicians in a dynamic environment.
