This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Developing expertise across all aspects of TheKey operations, including client management, caregiver relations, staffing, client acquisition, lead intake, client care management, and referral marketing.

• Accountable for the financial performance, growth, and profitability of the location.

• Leading a cross-functional team that supports both clients and caregivers, ensuring that all departments provide high-quality care to clients.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients for TheKey.

• Addressing new inquiries and conducting assessments with potential clients, responding to their questions and concerns, fostering relationships with their families, and converting them into TheKey clients.

• Enhancing client retention by implementing robust processes and oversight to ensure strong relationships with all clients, which includes regular visits, re-assessments, family & POA communications, and ongoing client interaction to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Managing daily operations at the assigned location(s).

• Contributing to the strategic plans, roadmaps, and objectives for their designated market, as well as exploring additional territories identified for potential development.

• Analyzing our competitors and local industry professionals to help navigate the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for team expansion by pinpointing high-potential talent.

• Leading or assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.

• Offering after-hours support for partners, prospective, and current clients (including evenings and weekends).

• Supporting the billing team to ensure client accounts are current and communicating with families and/or financial managers as needed regarding collections issues.

• Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in gerontology, health care, social work, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred; or equivalent experience.

• Five to seven years of leadership experience in health care, elder care, social work, or a related industry.

• Strong proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including goal setting, training, and mentoring.

• A proven history of successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams.

• Ability to multitask and think critically, with strong analytical skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing writing, speaking, and active listening.
