• Take ownership and implement Floify's growth strategy.

• Propel revenue, profitability, and expense objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role within SaaS or fintech, preferably in mortgage, lending, or real estate technology.

• Demonstrated P&L responsibility with a solid track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage origination process, digital lending platforms, and customer workflows.

• Strong strategic and analytical abilities.

• Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data-driven software platforms is a plus.
