General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and execute annual operating budgets and capital plans while ensuring timely and precise monthly reporting.

• Evaluate financial performance, compile in-depth reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.

• Establish a tenant satisfaction program and conduct regular meetings with tenants to ensure its effectiveness.

• Supervise the competitive bidding process for all outsourced services and guarantee compliance with JLL standards.

• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth, aiding team members' career progression and skill development.

• Perform any additional responsibilities necessary to comply with Property Management Agreements, local laws, or to ensure smooth property operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related field.

• A proven history of managing P&L responsibilities and meeting financial objectives in a multi-million dollar operation.

• Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate industry.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Skilled in real estate management software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A valid real estate license or the ability to acquire one within a specified timeframe.
