Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall strategy and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having the ability to work independently and remotely.

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to hustle to accomplish tasks.

• Capacity to work independently and manage your own priorities.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies!
