📋 Description

• Take ownership of Invoice Simple's overall performance, focusing on revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.

• Be responsible for business-level outcomes and trade-offs, directing resources towards the most impactful opportunities.

• Collaborate with Planning & Insights to establish targets, monitor performance, and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Define and refine the product and growth strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Implement product-led growth strategies across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion phases.

• Ensure alignment with broader SaaS Growth and Payments strategies while addressing the unique needs of Invoice Simple.

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support teams around a clear execution roadmap.

• Provide transparency regarding priorities and sequencing without direct line management authority.

• Make cross-functional trade-off decisions that affect the Invoice Simple business.

• Integrate Invoice Simple with the EverPro portfolio and Payments initiatives.

• Recognize opportunities for shared capabilities while preserving necessary product autonomy.

• Relay performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership effectively.

• Deliver a concise, data-driven view of the health and future trajectory of the Invoice Simple business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles, with a track record of owning business-level outcomes.

• Proven success in leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for driving revenue growth, retention, and profitability.

• Strong grasp of product-led growth principles and subscription SaaS economics.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, and Customer support.

• Experience in setting strategy, making trade-offs, and implementing execution plans without direct oversight of all contributors.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, comfortable using data to prioritize and evaluate performance.

• Clear and confident communicator with experience in presenting to senior leadership and influencing key decisions.

• BS/BA degree required.

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States without sponsorship.

• Willingness to travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations across North America.
