General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the UK country strategy, encompassing sales, customer service, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create an effective pipeline to achieve our ambitious B2B sales objectives, leading engagements with the top 30 strategic accounts in the industry.

• Recruit the founding country team responsible for sales and implementation efforts.

• Determine event priorities and strategic investments for brand visibility.

• Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media engagements.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to foster new partnerships and sales opportunities, in conjunction with the global business development team.

• Conceptualize, own, and drive significant initiatives in the UK.

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

• Background in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and/or solutions within enterprises.

• An owner mentality; a proactive, hands-on individual eager to take initiative and deliver results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A practical leader who thinks creatively and aims to achieve results.

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

• Well-established professional network within the UK enterprise and B2B sectors.
