General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Formulate and implement a detailed revenue growth strategy to achieve the company's objectives within the UAE market.

• Market Analysis: Perform thorough market research to pinpoint growth prospects and evaluate the competitive landscape.

• Lead Generation: Create strategies for generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and maintain robust conversion rates.

• Client and Partner Relationships: Forge strong connections with key clients and stakeholders to foster continuous business growth.

• Brand Positioning: Guarantee that the ElevenLabs brand is prominently positioned in the UAE market to attract and retain clients.

• Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.

• Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure the team meets or surpasses targets.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in processes to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a passion for voice and audio AI, with a commitment to enhancing content accessibility and pushing the limits of emerging technology.

• Over 10 years of experience in the tech sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM capacity.

• Extensive experience working within the UAE.

• Demonstrated success in owning and expanding a regional P&L.

• Strong grasp of AI/SaaS technologies and their business applications.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup setting.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical thinker with robust decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Must be based in the UAE.
