General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement our Country strategy, encompassing sales, customer delivery, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create the ideal pipeline to achieve our ambitious B2B sales objectives, including leading engagements with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.

• Recruit the founding country team responsible for sales and implementation initiatives.

• Determine event priorities and allocate investments for enhancing brand awareness.

• Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to foster new partnerships and sales opportunities alongside the global BD team.

• Conceptualize, own, and drive significant initiatives within the country.

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

• Experience in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and/or solutions for enterprises.

• An owner mentality; a proactive, hands-on individual eager to engage deeply to achieve results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A pragmatic leader who thinks creatively and is aimed at delivering results.

• Demonstrated capability in building and scaling high-performing teams.

• Native proficiency in the local language.
