General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategy for Brazil, encompassing sales, customer service, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create an efficient pipeline to achieve ambitious B2B sales objectives and personally manage relationships with the top 30 strategic accounts in the region.

• Recruit the initial Brazil team responsible for sales and implementation.

• Establish priorities for events and allocate investments for brand awareness in the market.

• Represent ElevenLabs at events and during media engagements.

• Develop and utilize the partner ecosystem to foster new collaborations and sales opportunities in conjunction with the global business development team.

• Conceptualize, own, and drive significant initiatives for the country.

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing highly complex projects in Brazil.

• Experience in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise clients.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to build and scale high-performing teams.

• Native Portuguese speaker with strong proficiency in English required.
