This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage all facets of the organization’s operations, encompassing product development, sales, finance, and team leadership.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with customers, exhibiting respect and responsiveness to their feedback.
• Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities.
• Create and execute operational strategies, processes, and best practices that facilitate business growth, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
• Build and guide a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Assume overall P&L responsibility for the business, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual financial targets while prioritizing sustainable growth.
• Drive business development initiatives, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance market presence.
• Utilize parent company and external opportunities to boost sales growth while effectively communicating complex challenges, processes, and solutions to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Supervise customer communications, maintaining an unwavering focus on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Sustain strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
• Forge collaborative relationships with leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is required; Master’s degree in business is preferred.
• Experience in the commercial building/data center industry.
• Over 7 years of experience in key leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving significant financial and market share results through effective strategy, coordination, and execution.
• Demonstrated success in leading startup businesses through sustainable rapid growth to achieve exceptional sales and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Preferred experience in data center infrastructure, HVAC, and/or cooling technologies.
• Ability to maintain robust professional relationships within and outside the organization.
