General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishing a clear vision and objectives for the store to meet performance targets across all business areas

• Inspiring and energizing the team to fulfill key objectives, performance standards, and adhere to AutoNation best practice methods

• Attracting, nurturing, and retaining the highest caliber of talent for the store

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience to enhance customer loyalty

• Cultivating and sustaining effective relationships with manufacturer partners

• Evaluating the business to identify gaps and formulating action plans to elevate performance

• Steering the business through active involvement in daily operations

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience as a General Manager in automotive retail

• Capability to establish and meet targeted objectives

• Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent

• Strong financial and business insight with the ability to enhance revenue and profitability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities

• Interest and experience in working with technology

• Valid in-state driver's license with a history of maintaining an acceptable, safe driving record
