General Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, executive team, and Board.

• Assist leadership in identifying, prioritizing, and navigating legal, regulatory, and business risks.

• Establish the legal function from the ground up.

• Oversee external counsel and legal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership.

• Over 10 years of pertinent legal experience.

• Extensive experience with technology firms.

• Proven track record in advising executives on strategic legal and business matters.

• Excellent commercial judgment.
