This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated speech for its naturalness, human-like qualities, and expressiveness, pinpointing areas that require enhancement.

• Examine conversational audio to effectively segment and identify individual speakers.

• Evaluate AI and human responses to measure fluency, coherence, and authenticity.

• Analyze synthetic speech by identifying errors in pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation.

• Offer structured feedback to improve the accuracy and performance of AI models.

• Maintain a strong focus on detail and consistently adhere to evaluation guidelines.

• Must be capable of receiving and integrating constructive feedback from the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English (US).

• Reside in one of the following states: CA (excluding SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (excluding NY City Area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI.

• Availability for part-time work, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week (approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) without exceptions.

• An undergraduate associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately.

• Capable of meeting deadlines, being responsible, reliable, and communicative.

• Current knowledge of US culture and news is an advantage.
