This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement end-to-end, scalable, secure, and efficient GenAI solutions utilizing Gemini Enterprise. Create intricate, multi-agent workflows, choosing between the no-code workbench and custom Agent Development Kit (ADK) systems for production tasks.
• Develop the RAG-based data grounding architecture to securely link Gemini Enterprise models to various, permission-aware enterprise data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Salesforce).
• Establish the security and governance framework, executing data residency, access control, and agent monitoring through Gemini Enterprise's control planes.
• Act as the principal technical advisor to C-level and IT executives, articulating the strategic value, ROI, and technical roadmap for the adoption of Gemini Enterprise.
• Lead client workshops (requirements gathering, validation, UAT). Spearhead hands-on development of impactful prototypes/MVPs to validate architecture and showcase business value.
• Formulate the technical integration strategy to incorporate Gemini across the client's technology stack (Google Workspace, core business applications).
• Generate comprehensive architectural documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps for development teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advanced AI/ML technologies, including agentic frameworks.
• Serve as a vital resource and contributor, providing your expertise to related projects, special initiatives, and strategic discussions that intersect with your core skills.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to define project scope, identify opportunities, and enhance the Gemini Enterprise offering.
• Over 6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting, with a solid emphasis on AI/ML or complex, large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Extensive, hands-on architectural experience with Gemini / Gemini Enterprise, including the design of gems, agentic workflows, implementation of data grounding strategies, and configuration of security/governance controls.
• Proven ability to assess complex business challenges, think strategically, and convert high-level objectives into robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures.
• Strong architectural knowledge of the Google Workspace environment (Admin, Security, APIs) as a crucial integration point and data source for GenAI.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG techniques, prompt engineering, and API-first integration patterns.
• Proficient in cloud architecture (ideally Google Cloud), data platforms (e.g., BigQuery), and at least one relevant scripting language (e.g., Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex architectural concepts to varied audiences, from executive stakeholders to technical engineers.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery and managing client expectations in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a history of innovation and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/quantitative discipline.
• Google Cloud Professional Certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Collaboration Engineer).
